The agreement between us.

Chapter X designs and coordinates experiences. We plan the itinerary, source the components, and manage the details. The travel components themselves — flights, hotels, ground transport, activities, venues — are provided by third-party suppliers, each under their own terms and conditions. When you book a chapter, you also agree to the terms of those suppliers.

The design fee is $349, paid in addition to the experience budget. It covers the work of designing your chapter. The design fee is refundable until planning begins.

Planning begins at whichever happens first: the moment your intake consultation is completed, or the moment we begin any sourcing or design work on your behalf. Once planning begins, the design fee is earned and nonrefundable.

One consolidated revision is included with every chapter. It must be submitted within 7 days of the itinerary being delivered. After that window, or after the included revision is used, additional revision rounds are $99 each. A re-scope — a change substantial enough to require redesigning the chapter — is $175.

Xclusive chapters — larger groups, proposals, weddings, destination events, elaborate installations — are priced by custom quote. The fee is generally 10% to 15% of the experience spend, with a $750 minimum. Half is due at engagement and half at itinerary delivery. The first half is earned once planning begins, and is nonrefundable from that point.

Drop deposits are nonrefundable where disclosed at the time of booking. A deposit is transferable to another named guest if you can no longer attend.

If Chapter X cancels a drop because it didn't reach the minimum enrollment, you choose: either a full refund of all amounts Chapter X collected, or a 110% Chapter X credit toward a future chapter.

Enhancement starting prices cover Chapter X design and coordination only. Third-party costs — flowers, chef, photographer, venue, transportation, decor, alcohol, tickets — are quoted separately and are not included unless stated.

The structure of our gift card program is not yet finalised. The full gift card terms — including purchase, redemption, expiration and refund terms — will be published here once the program is complete. By purchasing a gift card before then, you agree to the terms presented at checkout.

Cancellation, change and refund terms for travel components are set by the suppliers who provide them — airlines, hotels, ground operators, venues and others. Chapter X will help you understand and navigate those terms, but the supplier's terms govern the component.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chapter X is not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers, or for events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any chapter is limited to the amounts you paid Chapter X for that chapter.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
