X Concierge is our custom design service for one-of-a-kind chapters. Tell us what you are celebrating, who is coming, and what you want it to feel like. We source, design and coordinate every detail — you simply arrive.

A design fee, paid in addition to your experience budget. It covers Chapter X design and coordination. It is never a discount from anything — it is what it costs to build your chapter from scratch.

What it does not include
Third party costs — flights, stays, tickets, vendors — and anything in the exclusions list below.
Terms, plainly
- —The fee is refundable until planning begins.
- —Planning begins when your intake consultation is completed or the first sourcing work starts — whichever comes first. Once planning begins, the fee is earned and nonrefundable.
- —One consolidated revision is included, to be submitted within 7 days of receiving your itinerary.
- —Additional revision rounds are $99 each.
- —Re-scoping is $175 when your destination, dates, party size or budget change materially after sourcing has begun.
The right fit
X Concierge is the right fit for 1 to 8 travellers, experiences of $2,000 and up, booked at least 14 days ahead domestically or 30 days internationally.
When Xclusive is the better fit
Some chapters call for something larger. For these, X Concierge hands to Xclusive:

Xclusive
Dedicated design for larger and more elaborate chapters.
Pricing is a custom quote, generally 10 to 15 percent of experience spend, with a $750 minimum. Half is due at engagement and half at itinerary delivery.
