What we collect, and why.

Your name, email and phone let us talk to you. Your travel preferences help us design the right experience. When a chapter involves international travel, we collect traveler details — full names, dates of birth and passport information — because we need them to book the flights, hotels and transfers that make the experience happen.

• Name & email — to reach you and send confirmations.
• Phone — for coordination before and during the experience.
• Travel preferences — to design an experience that fits you.
• Traveler details — full name, date of birth, dietary and accessibility needs, so every traveler is cared for.
• Passport information — number, expiry and issuing country, collected only when a chapter involves international travel.

We use traveler details and passport information solely to arrange the experience — to book flights, accommodations, transfers and activities. To complete those bookings, we share the relevant details with the travel suppliers who provide each component (airlines, hotels, ground operators and the like). We share only what each supplier needs, and nothing more.

Once a chapter is complete, we delete passport numbers, passport expiry dates and dates of birth from our records — automatically, 30 days after the chapter's travel end date. Everything else about the experience is kept for as long as we need it to provide the service and meet our record-keeping obligations.

We use essential cookies to keep the site working, and analytics to understand which pages are useful. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it to follow you around the internet. You can read the full cookie notice for the details.

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — subject to the records we're required to keep. To make a request, email us at mskeishaclark@gmail.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

Chapter X experiences are designed for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we'll delete it.
